Each provided product is open-source software. Each purchased product is provided under GPL license with valid 60 days customer support license. The extension can be installed on multiple servers, but the support is provided for single installation only. After the initial 60 days from the purchase date, technical support will be provided free of charge only if it concerns:

If you bought a product more than 60 days ago and your inquiry does not fit any of the above criteria, you can purchase a 60 days extension of Technical Support for the desired product, for USD 25.

Updates can be downloaded for free an any moment using your personal download link (provided after the purchase).
Our products are electronically delivered only. After payment you will be redirected to a direct-download page and the download link will be emailed to the payment address.
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order has been completed and the product has been delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any product at our sites.
Nevertheless, we realize that exceptional circumstances can arise with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor refund requests on the following grounds:
Failure to receive or download the product, as well as inability to install or use it due to deficient or inadequate software or hardware, or due to lack of related skills, does not constitute grounds for refund. Exceptions can only be made in case the same product is available in several formats, and only if relevant support ticket is filed within 48 hours from purchase. Operational requirements for each product are deemed read and understood before purchase. Valid email address must be provided for delivery.
No refunds will be issued for customization services or any other programming or design work.
Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. Each request must be accompanied by a detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.
By mutual consent, exchanges will be made to avoid refunds. Such exchanges will be offered on case by case basis.
